Your state legislators can protect you from Nationalized Health Care. Three states have already introduced Health Care nullification bills. Thirteen more states are in the process of drafting and introducing these bills. If your state is not listed below please contact your state legislators and encourage them to sponsor a "Health Care Nullification" bill similar to the Arizona bill. For Arizona this will be a state constitutional amendment. When you find a legislator who will sponsor a bill in your state please contact us so we can start tracking the bill and creating "Requested Patriot Actions". Here is some of the text of the Arizona bill. For the full text of this bill refer to the Arizona bills on our home page.

1. A law or rule shall not compel, directly or indirectly, any person, employer or health care provider to participate in any health care system.

2. A person or employer may pay directly for lawful health care services and shall not be required to pay penalties or fines for paying directly for lawful health care services. A health care provider may accept direct payment for lawful health care services and shall not be required to pay penalties or fines for accepting direct payment from a person or employer for lawful health care services.

Please contact the legislators in your state and find a sponsor for this legislation!
