Several legislators in the state of Kentucky are working on legislation that would protect their businesses and citizens from the National Cap & Tax bill. The idea is similar to Montana's Guns Rights Legislation; Energy produced within the state and consumed within the state is exempt from the National Cap & Tax bill. The difficulty is in creating an Intra-state grid so that the power produced in Kentucky does not leave the state or get mingled with energy from another state. We need more states to work on this legislation so that Kentucky does not stand alone.
