This web page is designed to aid Freedom loving Patriots in their fight to secure Liberty by passing States' Rights Legislation. It is a tool to provide a unified campaign against state politicians who do not want their own States to have the powers and rights given to them in the United States Constitution and in their own State Constitutions. Be sure to check the bills that have been introduced in your state and check the "Requested Patriot Actions" for each bill (see below). We will win this battle state by state, bill by bill. We will remove, through the ballot box, State Legislators who do not support States' Rights.

Across our nation State Legislators are introducing and passing States' Rights bills. These bills are designed to reaffirm the 9th & 10th amendment to the Constitution. In addition to the United States Constitution each State has its own Constitution. These State Constitutions claim the same State Sovereignty that is express in the Constitution of the United States.

There are currently more than fifty States' Rights bills that have been introduced (the bills can be read below). About half of these bills have been killed by committees or are languishing in a committee. It is our intent to help citizens in each state to pass these bills or REMOVE the legislators who oppose them. Please use the "Requested Patriot Actions" data to know what to do and when to do it. We will keep you informed. These "Requested Patriot Actions" will come from Legislators, Tea Party Leaders, 9/12 Leaders and any other Patriot who has a good idea. These "Requested Patriot Actions" will include visits by tea party groups to the offices of specific Legislators, Q & A sessions with Legislators, rallies that target specific Legislators, phone calls to opposing Legislators, billboards on States' Rights, printed literature distribution in the districts of opposing Legislators, working with Legislators who support States' Rights and Media interviews to get the word out to the people.

We are creating a coalition of State Legislators (currently more than 650), Tea Party Groups, 9/12 groups, Americans for Prosperity and other constitutional organizations who are sponsoring bills and supporting States' Rights. When we send out an email on these States' Rights actions it will go to over three million Americans and over 7400 State Legislators. When these emails come, be sure to pass them on to your Patriots. Also, be sure to create your committees on States' Rights and help us restore Freedom to America "One Nation Under God with Liberty and Justice for All".

We now see the marvelous wisdom of our Founding Fathers in their creation of a Divine Constitution. How could they have seen our day and known the perils that our Freedom and Liberty would face? The Instruments of Freedom that they have given us, are to be used to secure our rights; as God intended us to be free, we will be free.

Steve Harrelson, who is the representative from Texarkana and the Arkansas Democrat majority leader instructed the Democrats to vote against HCR 1011 and HCR 1022. In addition he vehemently spoke against HCR 1011 on the floor. Rep. Harrelson did agreed to support the resolution if the language were softened. So the sponsoring Representative, Debbie Hobbs, replaced "sovereignty" with "rights", "demand" with "request" and "cease and desist" with "refrain from". In response Rep. Harrelson offered an amendment that was more of an indictment against the state government than the federal. Simply put, Rep Steve Harrelson killed this bill.
